Simple rules to apply when moving

Often our new customers believe they need a bigger space than they really do, by that reason we want to help each and one of our customers. Therefore we do not publish our storage prices on the web, since they are not relevant before we know what you are about to store. Each storage has a very unique price, but we want to offer that unique storage for our customers. Its better for both parts. If the need gets bigger/smaller by time you can always switch storage without any extra fees beeing charged.

Tannefors is a very popular facility among our customers that without a doubt has the highest security of all self storage facilities in Sweden. Tannesfors is a classified object with armed guards protecting our storage 24/7.

What is Servistore?
At Servistore you can rent self storage, we offer both private persons and companies clean, dry, available and safe self storage from 1sqm up to 50sqm. Alla storages are individual and locked with a high security cylinder.

How is the security at Servistores facilities?
Each storage is unique and is beeing kept closed by high security cylinders. Our over all security consists of high security alarm and video surveillance for every inch of the facilities. Either if you are a private person and store goods all year around of if your company keeps their mini warehouse in our facilities we are there to keep both you and your goods safe. This part is very important to us, that our customers can fully rely on the services we offer!

When is my self storage available?
Your storage is avilable 24/7 - 365 days a yaer. With our security level you can feel safe anytime you visit us!

What is the shortest rental time?
A week. Though there is no upper limit for how long you can rent your storage.

How fast can I get access to a storage?
Depending on availability you can get access to a storage by the minute, just contact our personnel and they will help you.

Can you help me move my stuff too?
Sure! Servistore is a part of Servistiks, among many services they offer moving service. Contact Servistores personnel for more information and booking. Besides you can rent trailers through Servistore.
   
I lost my card/key, what do I do?
Contact Servistore personnel immediately, they will help you solve the situation and replace the card/key.

How do I cancel my storage?
All cancellations must be delivered in writing, either by visiting our store or send us a cancellation. Cancellation can not be done my email/fax/phone. All contracts is beeing cancelled by the end of a month. Card/key is beeing returned to Servistores personel.

Do you sell packing supplies?

Yes we do! In any of our stores you can find all kinds of packing supplies, the most common supplies you can find pictures and price for under 'The Store'. You can also rent trailers in our stores, regardles if you are a storage customer or not.
